FAQ: Conference rooms

How do I book a conference room?

Directly online. Under “Conference rooms,” you are directed to a menu where you can select the date, the duration of the event and the number of participants. You will also immediately see whether the selected room is available on the desired date. You can also use the empty field on the form to provide us with additional information, such as special catering requests or a specific contact person for your booking. Incidentally: Members always receive a 50 percent discount on the room price, automatically and for every booking.

Can I see in advance if a suitable conference room is available?

Of course. After you enter the key data for the event (location, date, duration, number of participants) online, you will automatically be shown whether the desired conference room is still available. As a member, you will also find a calendar view of the conference rooms in your club account, which provides you with an even faster overview.

How is the price for my conference room booking calculated?

The price for your room booking is simply determined by the booking duration. Members (Flex membership optional) always receive an automatic 50% discount.

Are food and beverages available?

Absolutely. At each location, we offer a wide selection of cold and hot beverages and also some snacks. We are also happy to organize comprehensive catering according to your needs. You can enter related requests in a text field when booking and we will then prepare them for your meeting date.

I have a special request. Who can I contact?

For larger or organizationally more complex booking inquiries, we are happy to assist you Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays) at info(at)officeclub.com or directly by phone (+49 30 22 33 44 55).
