How can I book a meeting room?

Our meeting rooms can be booked easily and immediately online. Simply select the location, date and time, and the desired room will be available for you. Alternatively, our conference rooms can also be booked by telephone or email if you have any special individual requirements or requests.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Our meeting rooms can be booked for both short and longer periods. Rooms can be booked for a minimum of two hours or for a whole day (or several days). We also offer flexible cancellation terms to provide maximum flexibility.

How much does a conference room cost?

The prices for our meeting rooms depend on the size of the room, the duration of the booking and the desired equipment. Members can book rooms from as little as €19.50 per hour. We also offer attractive flat rates for half-day or full-day bookings, which you can select when choosing your room. If you need a tailor-made solution or are unsure what is best for your meeting, simply get in touch with us – we will be happy to help! By the way: members always receive a 50% discount on the room price, automatically and with every booking.

How soon can I book a conference room?

The conference rooms at Office Club can also be booked at short notice – online, by telephone or directly on site. Thanks to our flexible booking systems, even spontaneous meetings are possible.

What technical equipment is available?

Each meeting room is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including fast WiFi, Apple Airplay™ and/or Clickshare™, whiteboards and video conferencing systems. Our meeting rooms are designed to enable seamless and efficient communication.

Can I book catering for my event?

Yes, of course! You can book a wide range of catering options with us – from simple coffee and pastries to full menus or finger food. Just send us your requirements and we will make sure that everything is ready for your event. We work with renowned catering partners to offer your guests the very best.

Is there parking available near the meeting rooms?

Yes, there are numerous parking options near our meeting rooms. Depending on the location, we either offer our own parking spaces or have partnerships with nearby car parks. In addition, most of our office clubs are well connected to public transport and are often even within walking distance of the main railway station. This makes travelling by public transport very easy. If you have any specific questions, please feel free to contact the location of your choice directly – our colleagues there will be happy to help you at any time!

Can I book a conference room without being a member?

Of course, you can also book our conference rooms without membership. We offer the option of using our rooms flexibly and without long-term commitments. Whether you need a room for a one-off meeting or a short-term event, you can easily book it via our website, by telephone or directly on site. If you have any questions or special requirements, we are happy to help. Our tip: with a 50% discount on the room price, membership can pay for itself with your first booking!

What are the cancellation options for conference rooms?

If you need to change or cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel less than three working days (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) before the scheduled start of the event, we will unfortunately have to charge you the full amount. However, if you notify us more than three working days in advance, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be charged. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and will endeavour to be as flexible as possible in such cases and work with you to find a solution (e.g. postponement).
