With its attractive ambience and central locations, the Office Club offers everything that freelancers, founders, employees and entire teams need to work productively. All you have to do is book a desk, plug in your laptop and get started.
All of our coworking and hot desk workspaces offer the shared use of modern equipment (including a business-class printer, scanner and high-speed Wi-Fi), fully equipped conference rooms and the convenient supply of snacks and drinks from the Club Café. Water and fruit are also available at any time – free of charge. Our spaces are bright, prestigious and furnished to a high standard. We have designed them to conform to a number of different work situations. At the reception, your customers and business partners will be greeted and tended to in a friendly manner so that you can always receive visitors with a good conscience.

Your flexible Club membership is available immediately and can be changed monthly. Our offer is based on your individual and, depending on the project, changing requirements. Between the Flex membership starting at €19 per month and the complete Hot Desk package, you can choose from numerous additional services: You can augment your membership with, for example, lockers, 24/7 access, flat rate beverages or your own business address for receiving mail and packages at a preferential rate. As a member, you also receive a 50 percent discount (Flex-rate optional) on conference room bookings.
For freelancers or founders, our mobile workspaces and hot desks offer a flexible, cost-effective solution without having to commit to long-term office rental contracts. In addition, these flexible workspaces can help combat the isolation of having to work from home and also provide a network of other club members who, like you, want to work location-independently or on a self-employed basis. In addition to flexible coworking desks, lockable offices and fixed workspaces can also be rented at our coworking spaces and business centers.

FAQ: Flexible workspaces
- Our working world is currently in a state of upheaval. Using a flexible desk in a coworking space is the modern way of working. At Office Club, you (and your team) can finally escape the isolation of working from home or in outdated office concepts. From now on, people will work more productively, among like-minded people, and without long-term contracts or expensive investments in office equipment. Startups make themselves independent of landlords and can focus entirely on the success of their project. Established companies can provide individual employees or entire teams with an attractive working environment, including a connection to the Club community, with all its benefits. There are many good reasons to try coworking as an office solution, and we would be pleased to help work out a suitable solution tailored to your individual needs.
- With the flexible group of club memberships (the “flexible” group), you have the choice between three different memberships. Depending on the membership chosen, different services are included in the monthly package. The most “comprehensive,” the Hot Desk package, for example, covers all working days in the month, whereas the Night Desk covers the entire month at specified times. With the Flex membership, you choose a low monthly base price and pay as needed per day after your first check-in of the calendar month (which is already included). Your membership fee thus depends in part on when and how often you wish to use the location but also on the services you need in order to work most efficiently. All members receive an automatic 50 percent discount on conference room bookings. The flexible Club memberships can always be changed at the end of the selected term (1 / 6 / 12 months minimum term) or canceled up to 14 days before the end of the respective term – before they are automatically extended by the same period.
- Just about immediately. You can book your membership and additional services at any time online by clicking the “Book now” button. You can start immediately or you can also specify a start date of your choosing. During opening hours, our on-site team looks forward to welcoming you for your first visit to Office Club. If you wish to have a look at the Club before booking or should you have questions about the Club, we are of course happy to accommodate you. You can reach us by phone with any questions you may have from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (with the exception of public holidays) at +49 30 22 33 44 55.
- We offer a tour of our premises for anyone who is (still) undecided. This gives you the opportunity to first obtain an impression of the Office Club and to assess whether the environment suits your current project or your personal way of working.
- Many of our members don’t start alone, they bring the whole team along with them. We can easily accommodate your needs: Just like everything else at the Office Club, you can book the flexible workspaces yourself online at any time. In the case of multiple workspaces, it usually makes sense to agree in advance on when and in which constellation they will be required. The best way is to call us or write a short mail telling us what you need at info(at)officeclub.com. Our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible to share with you the options available. Incidentally, in addition to flexible workspaces, we also offer a fixed alternative. The spaces can be rented specifically and are reserved exclusively for you and your colleagues. This ensures that you can always sit together and work productively.
