Regardless of whether it is a spontaneous meeting, a regular team meeting, a coaching session or a workshop, at the Office Club, we provide you with the right meeting rooms and full service. This gives you more time to concentrate on the essentials and to use the inspiring environment productively.
Our conference rooms are furnished to a high standard, are fully equipped with the technology you need and also offer space for larger workshops and meetings for up to 20 people. The team is happy to organize catering for you and your guests according to your individual needs.
Need an additional flipchart, business presentation case, whiteboard or audiovisual equipment? No problem. We're well prepared to make sure your meeting runs smoothly.

All seminar and conference rooms, as well as meeting rooms, are available to both members and non-members. They are bookable at any time via our website or your personal Club account. Members automatically receive a 50 percent discount on the room price (flex rate optional). The Club membership (starting at €14.90/month) has usually already paid for itself before your first meeting even begins.
Incidentally: In addition to the conference rooms, offices ready for immediate occupancy and flexible workspaces, the Office Club also offers variable event spaces as a supplement or alternative to larger workshops, presentations or meetings.

FAQ: Conference rooms
- Directly online. Under “Conference rooms,” you are directed to a menu where you can select the date, the duration of the event and the number of participants. You will also immediately see whether the selected room is available on the desired date. You can also use the empty field on the form to provide us with additional information, such as special catering requests or a specific contact person for your booking. Incidentally: Members always receive a 50 percent discount on the room price, automatically and for every booking.
- Of course. After you enter the key data for the event (location, date, duration, number of participants) online, you will automatically be shown whether the desired conference room is still available. As a member, you will also find a calendar view of the conference rooms in your club account, which provides you with an even faster overview.
- Absolutely. At each location, we offer a wide selection of cold and hot beverages and also some snacks. We are also happy to organize comprehensive catering according to your needs. You can enter related requests in a text field when booking and we will then prepare them for your meeting date.
- For larger or organizationally more complex booking inquiries, we are happy to assist you Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays) at info(at)officeclub.com or directly by phone (+49 30 22 33 44 55).
