How quickly can I access my post digitally?
You will usually receive your digital mail on the same day that we receive it. Letters are scanned immediately so that you can open, forward or edit documents without delay.

To which address should I forward my post?
After booking, you will receive your personal Berlin ℅ Postbox address from us, to which you can send letters directly by entering it as the recipient address or forwarding them via a mail forwarding order, for example. We will then process incoming mail automatically. Please note that this is purely a postal address and not a valid address for service (business address or virtual office). Parcels cannot be received at your address.
What is the digital inbox and how does it work?
The digital inbox bundles all your incoming mail online. Letters are opened at your Office Club location, scanned and made available to you digitally in your account. As soon as a letter arrives, it is opened, digitised and stored in the document area. You will receive a notification and can view the scan immediately – anywhere, anytime.
How quickly will the scans be available?
Your documents are usually available digitally within a few hours of receipt. This means you do not have to wait for physical post.
Can I still collect my physical post?
Your post cannot be collected, but you can conveniently request individual letters to be sent to you in their original form for 30 days via your account. All your post is available in your digital postbox.
Is my post protected when it is opened and scanned?
Yes. All processes follow strict data protection and security standards. Only authorised personnel have access to your documents.

Which documents are scanned?
