Want to book a meeting room? No problem. You can reserve our meeting rooms quickly and easily online. Our booking process allows you to customize the equipment and services available in the room, including presentation materials, catering or video conference technology, and to pass along important information to our Service Team on how meeting participants should be received. The booking price is flexible and is based on the duration of the meeting and any additional services requested. And everything is quick and efficient.
You can also combine the rental of a meeting room with other Club services, such as setting up your own business address or using our fixed or flexible workspaces. Office Club membership is voluntary, but with an automatic 50% discount on meeting room bookings, it’s worth it from the first booking.

FAQ: Meeting rooms
- Directly online. Under “Conference rooms,” you are directed to a menu where you can select the date and the duration of the event. You will also immediately see whether the selected room is available on the desired date. You can also use the empty field on the form to provide us with additional information, such as special catering requests or a specific contact person for your booking. Incidentally: Members always receive a 50 percent discount (Flex rate optional) on the room price, automatically and for every booking.
- Of course. After you enter the key data for the event (location, date, duration) online, you will automatically be shown whether the desired meeting room is still available. As a member, you will also find a calendar view of the meeting rooms in your club account, which provides you with an even faster overview.
- Absolutely. At each location, we offer a wide selection of cold and hot beverages and also some snacks. We are also happy to organize comprehensive catering according to your needs. You can enter related requests in a text field when booking and we will then prepare them for your meeting date.
- For larger or organizationally more complex booking inquiries, we are happy to assist you Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays) at info(at)officeclub.com or directly by phone (+49 30 22 33 44 55).
