Virtual Office

The virtual office is the extended version of a business address and provides a fully recognized registered office.

With the Virtual Office package, Office Club offers an attractive company domicile suitable for businesses of any size. Our representative addresses can be used for registrations with authorities, in legal notices, and on official business documents, with full mail handling services included. This combines all the benefits of a business address with legal recognition as an official company seat. In addition, your Virtual Office at Office Club includes one full workday and 4 hours of conference room usage.

Office Club – our concept and the idea behind it

Office Club was founded in 2010 by serial entrepreneurs Simon and Philipp, who believed early on in the then-emerging concept of New Work.

From their own experience, they knew that a professional public presence requires a credible business address—using a private home address was not an option. Their goal was therefore to create a trustworthy solution combining a digital business address with optional coworking. They also recognized that not every business needs a permanent office, and that flexible solutions such as coworking and offices on demand are better suited to modern ways of working—especially in an inspiring, contemporary environment.

To this day, we select our locations exclusively in prime areas and focus on fair, transparent pricing and flexible contract terms, ensuring there is a suitable solution for every business. True to our claim: A Home for Your Business.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a business address and a virtual office?

A business address at Office Club allows you to use the location as your official business mailing address while also benefiting from selected Club services and amenities. Conference room bookings are always discounted, and additional services such as company signage, lockers, mail scanning and digitization, and many more can be added and used at any time. For registrations in public directories or official registers (e.g. the commercial register), we recommend our virtual office / company domicile—unless your business address is listed as a non-independent branch office or purely as a mailing address with the company’s main headquarters stated. With a virtual office as your professional home, the flexible use of the location is already included and can be used according to your needs.

What contract terms are available for my business address or virtual office?

When booking your business address or virtual office, you can choose a minimum contract term of 3, 6, or 12 calendar months. The term refers to the minimum commitment period. If the service is not cancelled by the end of the selected term, it will automatically renew for the same duration—ensuring maximum flexibility and convenience.

Is my business address clearly identifiable as my own?

Yes, it is. Your business address is provided without a “c/o” designation or any reference to Office Club in the address itself. You also have the option at any time to add your own company sign at the location, ensuring a clear and professional representation of your business.

Do I have to collect my mail, or can it be forwarded to me?

Both options are available. All incoming mail is sorted at the Office Club location and securely stored for you until collection. Alternatively, we can forward your mail to you in bundled shipments. You can choose between daily, weekly, or monthly forwarding, depending on what suits you best. This preference can be set during booking and adjusted at any time. For each forwarded bundle, we charge only the postage plus a small fee for packaging and handling. Our recommendation: you can also have all incoming mail digitized, allowing you to receive it without delay via email and in your customer account.

How does the optional scanning service work?

Our scanning service is designed for members who want to access their mail on a daily basis. When the scanning service is activated, your incoming mail is discreetly opened by our staff upon receipt, the contents are scanned, and the documents are made available to you digitally. The scanning service can be added at any time, whenever needed.
