Office Club founder Philipp Roth is delighted to now also have a location in Stuttgart: "Stuttgart is a vibrant hub for innovation and technology. With our new Office Club, we are creating a place that meets the needs of modern companies and creative minds."

The Office Club Stuttgart is located on Königstrasse, right in the center of the city, surrounded by historic buildings such as the cathedral church and the Königin-Olga-Bau. The location is not only central, but also impresses with its excellent transport links. The immediate proximity to the main train station and its own underground parking garage make the location particularly attractive for commuters. The location is also perfect as a prestigious business address in Stuttgart or as a branch office.

Unique working atmosphere: Office Club Stuttgart in the Phoenixbau building

Office Club Stuttgart is located on the sixth floor of the Phoenixbau. Office Club founder Philipp Roth highlights the special features of the new business center: "The floor-to-ceiling windows of the modern building create a light-flooded and inviting working environment. The combination of our modern design and the classic character of the building gives the location a unique charm."

A special feature of the Stuttgart location is the spacious surrounding roof terrace, which is exclusively available to members. A real highlight for founder Roth: "The roof terrace offers an impressive view of the city center and the adjacent palace gardens. It is not only a place for breaks or meetings, but also an ideal venue for open-air events."

The roof terrace view of the impressive Stuttgart21 project underlines the uniqueness and exclusivity of the location.

Office Club Stuttgart - attractive for innovative companies and minds

The Office Club appeals to a diverse audience - from start-ups and freelancers to established companies looking for flexible working solutions for their teams.

Founder Roth explains: "Our location in Stuttgart is particularly attractive for teams and individuals who want to benefit from the proximity to global companies." He continues: "The Club is not just a workplace, but a place for exchange and networking. It embodies the dynamism and visionary spirit of the city and creates ideal conditions for collaboration with international companies."

Sustainability: Office Club sets new standards in coworking

The sustainability factor plays an important role in the planning and implementation of new Office Club locations. This also applies to the Stuttgart location, as Office Club founder Philipp Roth explains: "We consistently rely on energy-efficient technologies to reduce our ecological footprint. At the same time, we mainly use sustainable materials that are durable and conserve resources. For example, we have installed a carpet in Stuttgart that is made from bio-based materials and recycled fillers - it binds carbon instead of releasing it." Roth emphasizes: "This makes us one of the first providers in the coworking and business center sector to use a CO2-negative floor covering."

Promoting regional products is also part of the sustainability strategy, as the founder explains: "We attach great importance to using local products that only have short delivery routes behind them. That's why our coffee always comes from a regional roastery."

Conclusion: With the new location in Stuttgart, Office Club is expanding its network of coworking spaces throughout Germany, Switzerland and Italy with a 14th business center.

At the new Office Club Stuttgart, members not only experience maximum flexibility that is perfectly tailored to their individual working needs, but also become part of a vibrant community that redefines work and offers companies a home.
