We answer every call, even at night and at weekends. If the caller has an urgent matter, depending on your settings, either an emergency escalation will be sent to you or a call-back request will be recorded.

Can I integrate the telephone service with my CRM or calendar?

Yes. We use the open API to connect to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Calendar, Outlook, DATEV and many other systems. Call data, appointments and call-back requests are automatically sent to where they belong.

How secure is the service, and does it comply with data protection regulations?
