Our memberships are based entirely on what you (and your team) really need to get the job done. The terms are variable and thus conform to demand. This allows you to react flexibly to economic or personnel changes at any time. We do not charge any deposits or commissions and you can save costly investments in your own office equipment with Office Club. Additional costs for heating, electricity, water, cleaning and the necessary insurance are already included in the price.

24/7 access to the office in Cologne is included, as is your own business address to match your own distinguished office. Other additional services, such as flat rates for beverages in the Club Café or lockers, can be added at any time. As a Club member, you are automatically given a 50 percent discount when booking day and conference rooms. For every workspace or office space in Cologne booked, the first two meeting hours of the month are included free of charge.

Incidentally: In addition to office space and fixed desks, you can also, of course, rent flexible workspaces in the open-plan office.

FAQ: Office space & dedicated desks

What is the difference between dedicated and flexible workspace?

Fixed workspaces are generally assigned only once. Following your booking, the workspace (desk) is available exclusively to you. In contrast to flexible workspaces, you do not have to clear your desk before you leave the Club. The dedicated workspace or offices are also often located in a separate Club area.

What are the terms and notice periods for dedicated workspaces?

Both the dedicated workspaces and lockable offices have a minimum term of only three calendar months. “Term” means the duration of your membership. If you do not cancel your workspace in writing 14 days before the end of the term, the membership will automatically be extended, but only for the same duration. In this way, you can stay flexible and are not trapped in a long-term contract.

I am looking for a space for an entire team. Whom should I contact?

We are always pleased to welcome teams looking for the right atmosphere for their project. You can book dedicated workspace – and all of our additional Office Club services – at any time online. If you would like to book several desks at once, however, it is advantageous to contact us in advance to determine which and in what seating constellation space is available. The best way is to call us or write a short mail telling us what you need at info(at)officeclub.com. Our support team will get in touch with you as soon as possible to share with you the options available.

What services are included with the dedicated workspace?

All dedicated workspaces include 24/7 access, so you can use your desk at any time. Access is provided through your Club Card (RFID key card) or chip/key systems. In addition, if you have your own office, your own business address is already included in the membership. Our reception team is also happy to process your incoming mail and further mail handling for you and your project if you wish. All members always receive a 50 percent discount on conference room bookings. Plus, your first two meeting hours of the month are free. For teams with multiple fixed workspaces, these monthly free hours add up accordingly. Many other services, including flat rate beverages at our Club Bistro or lockers, can be booked at any time. Please see our price list for a detailed overview of the optional (bookable) or already included elements of your membership.

How do I book my fixed workspace?

It’s simple: Independently online, on-site or together with our support team. Under “workspaces,” you have the choice between a fixed workspace and your own office. If there are no fixed workspaces available at the moment – we can, after all, only assign them to one person at a time – please contact us directly at info(at)officeclub.com or call +49 30 22 33 44 55. Together, we will look at when and in which constellation space can be made available.
