Why coworking in a Business Center?

Our working world is currently in a state of upheaval. Using a flexible desk or office in a Business Center at Office Club is the modern way of working. You (and your team) can finally escape the isolation of working from home or in outdated office concepts. From now on, people will work more productively, among like-minded people, and without long-term contracts or expensive investments in office equipment. Startups make themselves independent of landlords and can focus entirely on the success of their project. Established companies can provide individual employees or entire teams with an attractive working environment, including a connection to the Club community, with all its benefits. There are many good reasons to try coworking as an office solution, and we would be pleased to help work out a suitable solution tailored to your individual needs.

How quickly can I get started?

Just about immediately. You can book your membership and additional services at any time online by clicking the “Book now” button. You can start immediately or you can also specify a start date of your choosing. During opening hours, our on-site team looks forward to welcoming you for your first visit to Office Club. If you wish to have a look at the Club before booking or should you have questions about the Club, we are of course happy to accommodate you. You can reach us by phone with any questions you may have from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (with the exception of public holidays) at +49 30 22 33 44 55.

Is it possible to test Office Club before joining?

We offer a tour of our premises for anyone who is (still) undecided. This gives you the opportunity to first obtain an impression of the Office Club and to assess whether the environment suits your current project or your personal way of working.

I need more than one workspace – who can I contact?

Many of our members don’t start alone, they bring the whole team along with them. We can easily accommodate your needs: Just like everything else at the Office Club, you can book the flexible workspaces yourself online at any time. In the case of multiple workspaces or offices, it usually makes sense to agree in advance on when and in which constellation they will be required. The best way is to call us or write a short mail telling us what you need at info(at)officeclub.com. Our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible to share with you the options available. Incidentally, in addition to flexible workspaces, we also offer a fixed alternative. The spaces can be rented specifically and are reserved exclusively for you and your colleagues. This ensures that you can always sit together and work productively.

What is the difference between dedicated and flexible workspace?

Fixed workspaces or our offices are generally assigned only once. Following your booking, the workspace (desk) is available exclusively to you. In contrast to flexible workspaces, you do not have to clear your desk before you leave the Club. The dedicated workspace or offices are also often located in a separate Club area.

What services are included with the dedicated workspace and offices?

All dedicated workspaces include 24/7 access, so you can use your desk at any time. Access is provided through your Club Card (RFID key card) or chip/key systems. In addition, if you have your own office, your own business address is already included in the membership. Our reception team is also happy to process your incoming mail and further mail handling for you and your project if you wish. All members always receive a 50 percent discount (Flex-rate optional) on conference room bookings. Plus, your first two meeting hours of the month are free. For teams with multiple fixed workspaces, these monthly free hours add up accordingly. Many other services, including flat rate beverages at our Club Bistro or lockers, can be booked at any time.
