A flat rate for beverages, e.g. water, coffee and tea, comes as standard, providing additional convenience in the Club Café. Those with plenty of meetings or regularly on the road can take advantage of the optional telephone service, where trained colleagues answer calls directly and personally - so no important call is missed and business partners are looked after by real people. Those who do not need a permanent office or workstation have the option of renting a business address for company registration or a virtual office - all of which can be conveniently booked online.

Of course, alongside the furniture, this also includes excellent office equipment such as printers and projectors - which can be booked as required.

In addition, young companies are increasingly focusing on digital working - not everyone needs a desk in the office every day due to remote working. Is it even worth renting your own office space and having it fully kitted out? Or is the risk perhaps too high all things considered? Especially when starting out, such expenses can leave you feeling a bit uneasy. Every business can find an office in our Business Centre. We rent out complete office spaces with single or multiple desks for start-ups. In addition, flexible workstations can be rented in the co-working area for predominantly remote employees. Our workstations and office space at the Business Centre can be booked for various terms. Freelancers or start-ups can set up their workspace here on a permanent basis, with the office becoming something of second home. But also for those in search of flexible solutions, we offer exactly the right subscription in the Business Centre. Sometimes people are only looking for short-term solutions - for example, you might only be in another city in a professional capacity to support a company during a particular project. The shortest term is only one month and is therefore particularly flexible.

At the same time, we are also committed to achieving a balance between work and leisure: Whereas in the past it has not been worthwhile for freelancers to rent an external office on their own, the Business Centre allows them to switch from their home office to a fully equipped workplace in a productive atmosphere.
