Das Office Club-Team hat sich in den vergangenen Wochen intensiv mit dem Aufbau und der Übersichtlichkeit unserer Club-Mitgliedschaften, beschäftigt. Ziel war es, die Struktur der angebotenen Mitgliedschaften etwas zu entflechten und somit zu vereinfachen. Gleichzeitig sollte das Angebot attraktiv und bedarfsgerecht bleiben, unseren Coworkern also weiterhin die best-mögliche Plattform zum produktiven Arbeiten und Vernetzen zu bieten. An dieser Stelle möchten wir euch das Ergebnis, die zentralen Neuerungen bei unseren Mitgliedschaften, kurz vorzustellen:
Zunächst einmal haben wir die Anzahl der flexiblen Mitgliedschaft reduziert: Aus den bisherigen vier Mitgliedschafts-Modellen sind zwei geworden. Die Hot Desk-Mitgliedschaft als Rund-um-Mitgliedschaft passt für alle Coworker, die regelmäßig vor Ort sind und sich keine Gedanken um Inklusiv- oder Zusatztage machen möchten. Alle Werktage des Monats sind bereits inklusive und können, über den optionalen 24/7-Zugang, jederzeit um Wochenenden, Feiertage und die sonstigen Nebenzeiten, ergänzt werden.
Die neue Flex-Mitgliedschaft richtet sich an alle Coworker, die ihre monatlichen Fixkosten möglichst gering halten, den Club aber trotzdem flexibel nutzen möchten. Ab 12,90€ monatlich gibt es Coworking auf Tagesbasis, ganz nach Bedarf. Auch hier steht der Club auf Wunsch rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung. Bei 12-monatiger Laufzeit lässt sich außerdem ein Kalendermonat im Jahr als „Urlaubspause“ aktivieren: Während dieser Pause wird die Mitgliedschaft (und die monatlichen Beiträge) vorübergehend deaktiviert. Zum folgenden Monat geht es dann wie gewohnt weiter.
Sowohl der Hot Desk als auch die Flex-Mitgliedschaft lassen sich auch weiterhin um viele Zusatzleistungen ergänzen. Neben dem bereits angesprochenen 24/7-Zugang und der jetzt deutlich günstigeren Heißgetränke-Flatrate (je 19€), steht nun unter anderem auch eine Flatrate für alle im Bistro erhältlichen Heiß- und Kaltgetränke zur Buchung bereit. Ebenfalls ab sofort im Angebot ist die flexible Ausleihe von Samsung Curved-Monitoren auf Tagesbasis.
Ein weiteres, ganz neues Mitgliedschaftsmodell stellt der Night Desk dar: Coworker, die primär in den Nebenzeiten, also zu später oder besonders früher Stunde, zu arbeiten pflegen, können dies nun schon ab 59€ im Monat tun. Selbstverständlich steht der flexible Arbeitsplatz bei Bedarf auch hier tagsüber, also zu den regulären Öffnungszeiten, zur Verfügung.
Für alle flexiblen Mitgliedschaften gibt es nun außerdem - angelehnt an die bereits im Herbst für Geschäftsadresse und Virtuelles Büro angestoßene Auffächerung der Mindestlaufzeiten - die Wahl zwischen hier 1, 6 und 12 Monaten.

The Office Club team has sat down and worked hard on an update for our membership models over the last couple of weeks. Our goal was to simplify the overall structure while still providing our coworkers with the best possible platform to work and connect and services tailored to their individual needs. Here is for a quick introduction to some of the updates:
The first thing we did was to cut the number of flexible memberships from four to two. The Hot Desk membership as our all-round carefree package should be a good pick for all coworkers who come around on a regular basis and do not want to rack their brains over included or additional days. All of the month’s weekdays are already included. The membership may be topped off with 24/7 access for all weekends, holidays and all other times outside the Club’s „hours of business“ at any time.
Our new Flex Membership is for all coworkers who wish to keep their monthly fixed costs on a minimum and use the Club in a very flexible way. Cowork on a per diem basis from only €12.90 a month, whenever you want to. 24/7 access is also an option here. Should you opt for a 12 months term you may even take one calendar month a year off as your „holiday break“ during which you simply deactivate your membership (and all running costs). After the break, from the 1st day of the following month, your membership and all added services will be back on track as usual.
Both the Hot Desk membership and Flex Membership may be complemented by a number of optional services. Apart from the already mentioned 24/7 access option and the now even less expensive Hot beverage flat rate (€19 / month each), we have a new Beverage flat rate including all hot and cold drinks from the Club bistro. From now on there are also some Samsung curved screens to rent out on a daily basis.
Another brand new membership is the Night Desk. Coworkers who primarily work late or early (depending on your perspective) are invited to do so from only €59 a month. The Night Desk includes all hours outside before 9 in the morning and after 6 at night - but you may also use the daytime flexibly whenever needed (as additional days on a per diem basis).
All memberships may be booked with a minimum term of 1, 6 or 12 months, similar to what we already introduced for Business addresses and Virtual Offices in autumn.
