Meet Daniel Geib - our member of the month in May!
Introduction round: Who are you and where are you from?
Hi, my name is Daniel! Born and raised in Jena. I lived in Leipzig for 10 years. And now I’ve been living in Berlin for almost 8 years.
My business is also part of my hobby. I like to think about and discuss how companies, working and living environments will change in the future. In my leisure time I try to do sports regularly. But it doesn't always work.
And I really love to travel. Fortunately, I sometimes work as a guest lecturer at a private academy in Palma. That's why I'm very often on the island.
What made you come to Berlin?
Actually, I never wanted to go to Berlin. But then I got a job offer I couldn't resist. Berlin is a very interesting and high potential city. Hopefully Berlin will be able to develop this potential in the future and find his way.
What exactly do you do? What's in the pipeline for the near future?
I am developer and consultant for Innoversation. Innoversation shows companies how they can sustainably discover and unleash their own innovation potential. Next step is to show other consultants and even more companies that Innoversation exists and how it ensures the successful future of your company.
Since when do you cowork at Office Club Berlin Prenzlauer Berg?
I've been a member of the Office Club since November last year. You'll usually find me in the area right next to the door. If not, I'm probably in Palma. ; )
What is the benefit of using a coworking space for you?
I spend a lot of time working on scientific theories, models and methods. Meet people and have interesting conversations is a good balance. And I hope I can expand my network.
If someone here is versed in contao, she/he is very welcome to contact me via e-mail.
Which questions / problems could you help your coworking neighbour with?
A typical case is that you started with a small business. Now you are successful and your business grows and grows. Success changes the demands on your company and its structures essentially.
I consult the companies and show them the way to be successful in the future and support them in releasing and using their own high potentials. The huge advantage is that the resources and potentials already exist in the company.
Do you have favourite spots in Berlin? Something to recommend / consider especially for people coming here?
It may sound a bit strange, but when the weather is nice I like to visit the Soviet Memorial in the Schönholzer Heide in Berlin-Pankow. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place that helps me to recharge my batteries.

Thanks a lot and all the best to you!
