The Digital Mailbox brings all your incoming business mail together in one online location. Letters are received at your Office Club location, opened, scanned, and made available digitally in your account. As soon as a letter arrives, it is opened, digitized, and stored in the document section. You receive a notification and can view the scan immediately – anytime and from anywhere.

The cost depends on the term you choose:

For a monthly term, the price is €29 per month.

For a 6-month term, the price is reduced to €25 per month; for a 12-month term, it is €19 per month.

After booking, you will receive your personal Berlin c/o mailbox address. You can send letters directly to this address by using it as the recipient address or by forwarding your mail through a mail forwarding order. Incoming mail will then be processed automatically by our team.

Please note that this is a mail reception address only and not a registered business address (such as a business address or virtual office). Parcels cannot be received at this address.

In most cases, your documents are available digitally within a few hours after they arrive. There’s no need to wait for physical mail to reach you.

Physical mail cannot be collected in person. However, individual letters can be requested for delivery in their original form through your account within 30 days. All mail is always available to you in your digital mailbox.
