Office Club - Our concept and the idea behind it

Office Club was established in 2010 by serial founders Simon and Philipp, who were early believers in the then still new concept of New Work. They knew from their own experience: For a professional external image, an address is a must; a private one is out of the question. The aim was therefore to create a reputable solution consisting of a digital business address and optional coworking. They also realised that not everyone needs their own office, but that flexible solutions such as coworking or temporary offices make sense for modern working, especially in an inspiring, modern environment. To this day, we choose our locations exclusively in prime locations and make sure to offer fair and transparent prices as well as flexible terms so that there is a suitable solution for every company. Is it possible to try out the Office Club in advance?

Yes, for anyone who would like to get an idea of what we offer, we provide tours of our premises. This allows you to take your time and see whether the atmosphere suits your project and your way of working. You also have the option of purchasing a day pass to work in the open co-working area for a whole day and try out all the benefits for yourself.

What are the differences between the flexible memberships at Office Club?

With flexible club memberships, you can choose between three models: Flex, Night Desk and Hot Desk. Each membership includes different services – from the affordable Flex tariff with daily use as needed to the Hot Desk package, which covers you every working day of the month. With Night Desk, you can work in the evenings and at night throughout the entire month. The costs are therefore based on your individual use and the services you require. All members also receive a permanent 50 per cent discount on conference rooms. You can change or cancel your membership at the end of the selected term of one, six or twelve months. Without cancellation, the membership is automatically extended for the same period.

Can I print, scan and copy at the Office Club?

Yes, modern printing, scanning and copying equipment is available at all locations. This allows you to complete your office tasks quickly and easily on site.

Can I make phone calls without being disturbed in the Office Club?

Yes, of course. Even though there is a lively atmosphere in the coworking space, you can make phone calls at a normal volume at any time. For confidential conversations or if you want to be undisturbed, modern telephone booths are also available. These ensure privacy and at the same time protect other members from acoustic disturbances.

Is there an access card for the Office Club?

Yes, each member receives a personal RFID card with their Club Card, which is linked to their own customer account. It allows you to access your location – even around the clock if you have booked 24/7 access. You can also use the Club Card to conveniently charge services such as drinks or snacks from the Club Café to your account.
