What is the difference between a business address and a virtual office?

Your business address in the Office Club gives you the opportunity to use the location as your business address – and of course to take advantage of some of the Club's other services and amenities. Your conference room bookings are always discounted. Additional services such as a company sign, lockers, digitalisation of your mail and much more can be booked and used at any time. For entries in public directories or registers (e.g. the commercial register), we would like to recommend our virtual office / company domicile – unless your business address is listed there as a dependent branch office or purely as a postal address stating the company headquarters. The virtual office as your professional home also includes the option of using the location, which can be utilised flexibly.

What are the terms for my business address / virtual office?

When booking your business address – or your virtual office – you can choose between a term of 3, 6 or 12 calendar months. "Term" basically means "minimum term". If you do not cancel the product, it will be automatically extended for the same period at the end of the specified term. Very flexible and convenient.

Is my business address clearly recognisable as my own?

Yes it is. Your business address does not need to have a "c/o" suffix or the mention of Office Club in the address. You also have the option of having your own company sign affixed in the Club at any time to round off the good overage image.

Do I have to collect my mail or can I have it conveniently forwarded to me?

Of course both are possible. All incoming mail is sorted at the Club location and held for you until it is collected. As an alternative to collecting your mail from the location, we will of course also be happy to forward it to you collectively. You can choose between daily, weekly and monthly forwarding – whatever suits you best. You can make this specification at the time of booking and adjust it at any time. We only charge postage and a small amount for packaging and handling for each collective envelope forwarded. Our tip: We also offer you the option of having all your mail digitised by us. You will receive it by email and in your customer account without delay.

How does the optional scanning service work?

Our scanning service is aimed at all members who want to have their mail updated on a daily basis. If you book a scanning service, your mail items will be discreetly opened by our staff upon receipt, the contents scanned and sent digitally. The scanning service can be added at any time if required.
