Office Club - Our concept and the idea behind it

Office Club was established in 2010 by serial founders Simon and Philipp, who were early believers in the then still new concept of New Work. They knew from their own experience: For a professional external image, an address is a must; a private one is out of the question. The aim was therefore to create a reputable solution consisting of a digital business address and optional coworking. They also realised that not everyone needs their own office, but that flexible solutions such as coworking or temporary offices make sense for modern working, especially in an inspiring, modern environment.

To this day, we choose our locations exclusively in prime locations and make sure to offer fair and transparent prices as well as flexible terms so that there is a suitable solution for every company. In the spirit of our claim: A Home for Your Business.

What is the difference between a business address and a virtual office?

Your business address at the Office Club gives you the opportunity to use the location as your business address – and, of course, to take advantage of some of the club's other services and amenities. Your conference room bookings will always be discounted. Additional services, such as a company sign, lockers, digitisation of your mail and much more, can be booked and used at any time. For entries in public directories or registers (e.g. the commercial register), we recommend our virtual office/company domicile – unless your business address is listed there as a dependent branch or purely a postal address, with the company's head office specified. With the virtual office as your professional home, the use of the location is also included, which can be used very flexibly.

What are the terms available for my business address/virtual office?

When booking your business address – or virtual office – you can choose between a term of 3, 6 or 12 calendar months. "Term" means "minimum term". If you do not cancel the product, it will be automatically extended for the same period at the end of the specified term. Completely flexible and convenient.

Is my business address clearly recognisable as mine?

Yes, it is. Your business address will of course not include "c/o" or mention of Office Club in the address. You also have the option of having your own company sign installed in the club at any time to complete the overall look.

Do I have to collect my post or can I have it conveniently forwarded?

Of course, both are possible. All incoming mail is sorted at the club location and stored for you until you collect it. As an alternative to collection at the location, we are also happy to forward your mail to you in bulk. You can choose between daily, weekly and monthly forwarding – whichever suits you best. You can specify this when you book and adjust it at any time. For each forwarded collection envelope, we only charge the postage and a small amount for packaging and handling. Our tip: We also offer you the option of having all your mail digitised by us. This way, you will receive it without delay by email and in your customer account.

How does the optional scanning service work?

Our scanning service is aimed at all members who want to have their mail available on a daily basis. When you book the scanning service, your mail will be discreetly opened by our staff upon receipt, scanned and sent to you digitally. The scanning service can be added at any time as required.
